I emailed the Birak IT support team in the morning who called back virtually immediately to check out the problem. I explained it | I thought it was virus interference and I dropped off my computer later that morning. I was told it would be ready to collect in the afternoon and at 1430 I got the call back saying a it was ready. This was a polite | friendly and very efficient service at a reasonable cost.
